Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually approx 2-3 working days working days service.The delivery time may vary from these estimates during strike action, adverse weather conditions or busy times Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after receiving payment.
RETURNS
We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging. We do not accept returns for personalised or custom orders.
Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
Please ensure you pay the correct postage costs for the size and weight of the package to avoid any additional courier fees.
Please pack the return securely to avoid damage in the post, in the original packaging where possible.
A deduction will be taken from the refund amount for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
